Alastair Boyd was born in Kenya and has always had a love for wildlife and the great out doors.

He trained at the New York Institute of Photography and has travelled extensively always with a passion and patience to try and find the most evocative image.

He has spent time in Nepal tracking Tigers and has recently returned from the Pantanal in Brazil searching for the elusive Jaguar.

His love of photography goes back to his youth which was spent in the bush of East Africa.

Having spent the last five years running Safari lodges in Kenya he has now decided to concentrate on his photography.
